Formula

The formula is made for the whole table and served in rounds, to keep things smooth and avoid waste.

The first round includes up to 2 uramaki per person. From the second round onwards, you can keep ordering 1 uramaki per person per round. Rounds are unlimited.

The rest of the Bluesquare menu is still available à la carte. Extra drinks, cocktails, wine, desserts and additional dishes are not included.

Can only some people at the table choose Maki Tuesday?

No. The Formula must be chosen by the whole table.

Are the rounds limited?

No. Rounds are unlimited, but from the second round onwards, each guest can order 1 uramaki per round.

Is water included?

Yes. Water and cover charge are included.

Can I order cocktails or wine?

Yes. Cocktails, wine and extra drinks are available, but they are not included in the formula.

Can I order from the regular menu?

Yes. The à la carte menu is available, and anything outside the Maki Tuesday formula will be charged separately.

How many pieces are in one uramaki?

Each uramaki comes in 4 pieces.
