Sundays at Bluesquare start calmly, without alarm clocks or rushing around. Brunch is our way of welcoming you to the weekend: a selection of Asian-inspired dishes, homemade desserts, unlimited coffee, and the option to add a drink to make everything even more special. The kitchen stays open until 4 p.m. for those who wake up late or arrive after a long Saturday. Whether you prefer to start with Korean-style eggs, a Japanese-Mediterranean shakshuka, or a crispy burger, here you'll find a menu designed for those who want to take their time.

The formula is comprehensive and straightforward: for €30, you get everything you need for a proper brunch. The price includes a main course of your choice, a side dish, a homemade dessert, and beverages—espresso or American coffee in “open coffee” mode and soft drinks. You can add a glass of wine or beer for an additional €5, or a cocktail for an additional €8. Each dish is also available in a vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free version, because brunch is for everyone.

From smoked salmon with yuzu kosho sauce to red tuna tartare, from buckwheat noodles with edamame to crispy kimchi potatoes, every detail tells the story of our cuisine: fusion, fresh, never predictable.
